About Latent Capability
Latent Capability is a Leadership and Organisation Development company based in the English Lake District that provides top-quality expertise and support to help individuals and organisations be more effective, change and grow.
Our Values
Our values are integral to the way we operate. They are literally, ‘The way we do things around here’ and inform our decision making and action. They are:

Abundance
There’s more than enough to go around. Sharing knowledge and know-how is good and how we will help make the world a better place to live and work.

Integrity
We believe and do what we say. We will be honest in our interactions, even when that is difficult or uncomfortable. We believe learning needs to be useful, practical, and applicable. If it doesn’t add value, we won’t add it

People
People and relationship are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that everyone is of worth and can contribute, whatever their background, role, or creed

Sustainability
We believe in sustainable patterns of work and play that allows you to be more effective in and out of the workplace. Work is part of your life and life is part of your work. Making them work together and work for each other is central to our mindset
Meet the team
